The Best Accessories for Your New Galaxy S24 or S24 Ultra
When a person buys a new Samsung Galaxy S Series mobile there is always a question of what is the best accessories to buy. There are plenty of products for these premium smartphones but we need to find the best accessories for our Android King mobile phones.
Here are the best accessories that will give extra beauty to your device. We will discuss all the best cases, screen protectors, the best chargers, trackers, and more.
Case – MagBak Case
You’ve just picked up your Galaxy S24 or S24 Ultra and now you want to kit yourself out with some of the best accessories. Starting off with the first thing that most people go for with any phone, and that is the case.
This one literally arrived in the mail yesterday – it’s from a company called MagBak. I literally have one of their cases for every single phone that I own – the S23 Ultra, S22 Ultra, the iPhone 15 Pro Max – because they are by far my favorite case of all time.
It has a decent thickness to protect your phone from drops at all angles. It protects the cameras on the back and the glass on the front with its raised edges. But it also gives you access to everything on the phone that you need – the charging ports, mics and speakers, the S Pen, and the buttons on the side. It doesn’t interfere with using the S Pen like so many other cases.
Screen Protector – Dome Glass Screen Protector
Once you’ve got your case, you’re probably going to want to protect the screen on your phone. Even though the S24 Ultra has this new Victus Armor Glass on the front, I still managed to scratch my screen before getting a screen protector. I am using the Dome Glass screen protector from Amazon for the S24 Ultra. Even if you’ve scratched your phone, this thing actually fills in all of those scratches and makes your screen look brand new again.
It takes a little time to fit because the Dome Glass uses glue to adhere the screen protector to the front, and then you use a USB-powered UV light to cure the glue once it’s stuck down. Since you are squirting glue onto the screen, you need to tape up all the buttons to prevent any glue from getting inside. But it feels incredible, gives you full coverage, and still makes the screen feel natural.
Anker Chargers
Anker 100W GaNPrime Charger
I recently picked up this Anker charger that has two USB-C ports and one USB-A port and can charge up to 100W in total. That gives you 45W for charging your phone at the fastest speed possible, but also an extra 55W to charge other devices.
Anker 30W Power Bank
For portable charging, I picked up this Anker power bank with a built-in USB-C charging cable. It’s only 30W but small, light, and has a useful screen showing battery life and charge times.
Anker 60W Solar Power Bank
If you’re going camping, try this brand-new Anker PowerCore. It charges up to 60W, has USB-C and A ports, plus a handy lamp on top. It can even charge via solar power and charge the S24 Ultra around 10 times.
Audio
Galaxy Buds 2 Pro
If you’re going all-in on Samsung products, the obvious choice is the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. They sound great, can switch between Samsung devices, charge wirelessly, and have great noise cancellation. However, the stock ear tips didn’t stay in my ears securely, so I recommend getting third-party memory foam tips.
Beats Fit Pro
No matter how hard I try, I always come back to the Beats Fit Pro. I know it’s an Apple product, but they work great on the S24 Ultra and are the only headphones that actually stay in my ears due to the wingtips. The sound quality and noise cancellation are fantastic too.
SmartThings Ecosystem
Paper-Like iPad Accessories
If you’re switching from Apple to Android, it can be expensive. A quick thank you to Paper-Like, who make two of my favorite daily use products: The Paper-Like screen protector that emulates pencil on paper for a natural drawing feel on the iPad, and their all-in-one cleaning kit for screens.
Best Accessories: Galaxy Watch
For the watch situation, you have lots of options like the Pixel Watch 2, Garmin watches, and TicWatch. The second-generation Pixel Watch is currently the best I’ve used – responsive with great battery life. But if you want the best Samsung integration, go for the Galaxy Watch 6.
For fitness, Garmin makes some of the best fitness watches money can buy like the Fenix, Epix, and the Mark I’m currently testing. And if you don’t like wearing a full watch, check out the unique Whoop 4.0 fitness band that tracks metrics like sleep, and heart rate and provides personalized recommendations.
Charging Dock – Samsung Trio Charger
Samsung’s official Trio charger is a high-quality triple wireless charging dock. It has a pad for charging your watch that uses magnets to keep it in place, plus two more pads for your phone and Galaxy Buds. All can charge simultaneously via a single USB-C cable. Handy LED lights indicate when devices are fully charged.
Tracker – Galaxy SmartTag
The Galaxy SmartTag is a really cool accessory if you have a Samsung phone. Buy one for every set of keys, and suitcase, or hide them in your car or kids’ coats. Using the tag, you can find misplaced items by playing a sound or using your phone to see how close you are.
There’s a SmartTag+ version with Ultra Wideband for more precise tracking, but the regular version is good enough for me. You can even double-tap the tag to make your phone ring, or push and hold to trigger smart home actions like opening a garage door via SmartThings.
So let me know in the comments which was your favorite accessory! Thanks for reading.
